    Your schedule will be the same every week and overtime is voluntary.

    We have immediate openings for both Evening and Overnight shift Customer Service Representatives. All Full-Time Shifts will include working on weekends with a shift premium.

    We are conveniently located near the 66, 94SR and 94 bus routes, as well as minutes away from the Millburn and Maplewood train stations.

    • Experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred but not required
    • Must be computer literate
    • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume call center environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of professionalism when speaking with customers
    • HS Diploma or GED required
    • Access to reliable transportation



    • Monitor emergency alarm signals in a clean and modern call center environment
    • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
    • Collect information from our customers to update their accounts
    • Follow company processes and procedures to ensure the proper handling of each alarm
    • This job may include dispatching emergency services such as the police, fire department, or EMS
